I tried 6 natural deodorants

I struggle big time with B.O. There, I said it! Especially as someone who tries my hardest to avoid harsh and toxic chemicals!

Post partum b.o. is on a whole different level! Holy moly! Bag o onions over here. I literally myself sick!

I’ve compiled a list of the natural/more natural brands I’ve tried and their pros and cons. You’re welcome! Let’s just say some worked much better than others. Some gave me BAD breakouts. And some are winners! Although I’ve also found that switching deodorants every few months definitely helps too.

So here it goes! I’m gonna give a breakdown of each of these!

5&6.

That starts us with Toms &,Schmidt’s.

I’m going to be honest. These both tied in my books. Mostly because they include baking soda and I’m pretty sure that’s what broke me out and burned like HECK. It left a yuck white residue. But it did work pretty well as far as deodorant goes!

4. Arm & Hammer Essentials.

3This one actually worked pretty well plus it’s very affordable! But there are still some ingredients I try to avoid so I don’t go with it anymore. It goes on smooth. Didn’t burn or break me out! And smells good.

3. LUME.

Now first off I need to say this works well! I don’t like the tube where I have to put it on my hand and then wipe it on my pits. But they did have sticks too. Love the different smelling options! https://lumedeodorant.com

2. Norwex prebiotic deodorant stick.

This one felt the best for sure! Smooth and clear. It smells great It did eliminate my B.O. for over a year but after having my 3rd baby it’s back with a vengeance. 1. But that leaves us with #1. The Norwex Salt Crystal!

I love that it’s simple ingredients. Easy to use (just don’t drop it) you get it damp, wipe it on, let it dry and go! It’s crazy but it works. It last over a year which is amazing. Crystal Deodorant | Norwex USA

I will say I personally also liked the Norwex options because if you wanted you can host a toxin free workshop and get them for free! But they are worth every penny. Yes, I’m a norwex distributor but I honestly prefer those two over the others! I might have to give LUME a try again though after my salt crystal runs out if my body is still rejecting the Prebiotic stick🙈🥴

To sum it up, these 6 are all better choices than anything with antiperspirant/aluminum in them. Which ones have you tried?
